Delivery coverage
We deliver across Kenya. Delivery charges and timelines depend on your location and the size of your order.
Nairobi delivery
For deliveries within Nairobi:
- Orders of KES 25,000 and above qualify for free delivery.
- Orders under KES 25,000 are delivered at a standard Nairobi delivery fee of KES 300.
Delivery outside Nairobi
We deliver to locations across Kenya. Charges and timelines outside Nairobi are confirmed when you place your order or request a quotation, based on destination and the size or weight of the goods.
Delivery timelines
Handling and transit times depend on stock availability, order size, and destination. We aim to process orders on business days, Monday to Saturday. Large, bulky, or specially ordered items may take longer. We will advise you if extra time is required.

Failed delivery and access
Please provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. Additional charges may apply if a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, restricted site access, or the receiver being unavailable.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If goods arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before using or installing the product. We may request photographs to assess the issue. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
