• Always use a sharp, triple-chip grind (TCG) circular saw blade to prevent chipping the melamine surface during cuts.
• Store sheets flat on a level surface with at least three evenly spaced bearers to prevent bowing.
• Apply matching 0.4mm or 2mm PVC edge banding to all exposed edges to protect the core from moisture ingress.
• Pilot holes are recommended before driving screws to avoid splitting the internal core material near the edges.
• This product is not suitable for high-moisture areas or direct contact with water.
