On-Site & Workshop Notes

• Always use a fine-tooth TCT saw blade to prevent chipping of the melamine surface during cutting.

• Seal all exposed edges with matching 0.5mm or 2mm PVC edge banding to protect the core from moisture.

• Drill pilot holes for all screw fixings to prevent splitting the internal chip structure.

• Store sheets horizontally on at least three evenly spaced bearers to avoid sagging or bowing.

• This internal grade material is not suitable for high-moisture areas or external weather exposure.
