On-Site & Workshop Notes
- Always use a fine-tooth TCT saw blade to prevent chipping of the melamine surface during cutting.
- Seal all exposed edges with matching 0.5mm or 2mm PVC edge banding to protect the core from moisture.
- Drill pilot holes for all screw fixings to prevent splitting the internal chip structure.
- Store sheets horizontally on at least three evenly spaced bearers to avoid sagging or bowing.
- This internal grade material is not suitable for high-moisture areas or external weather exposure.
