• Always use a scoring blade on the panel saw to prevent micro-chipping of the decorative walnut finish on the exit side of the cut.

• Apply matching 0.4mm or 2mm PVC edge banding with high-quality hot-melt adhesive to seal exposed edges against moisture ingress.

• Pre-drill pilot holes when using 3.5mm or 4.0mm wood screws to avoid splitting the core or causing surface bulging near the fastener point.

• Store these sheets horizontally on at least three evenly spaced bearers to prevent bowing or permanent warping during long-term storage.

• Ensure the workshop is well-ventilated when cutting this material to manage the fine dust generated by the high-speed machining of resin-bonded fibers.
