On-Site & Workshop Notes

• Use a fine-tooth triple-chip grind (TCG) saw blade to minimize surface chipping during cross-cuts.

• Exposed edges must be sealed with matching PVC or ABS edge banding to protect the core from moisture ingress.

• Store sheets flat on at least three evenly spaced bearers to prevent bowing or permanent material set.

• Pre-drilling is required for all screw fixings to avoid splitting the internal compressed wood fibers.
