• Seal all exposed edges with PVC or ABS edge banding to prevent moisture absorption and core swelling.

• Use sharp, carbide-tipped circular saw blades with a high tooth count to achieve a chip-free finish on the melamine surface.

• Store sheets flat on a minimum of three evenly spaced bearers to prevent permanent sagging or deformation.

• When fastening, always pre-drill pilot holes to avoid splitting the core, particularly when working near the edges of this panel.
