On-Site & Workshop Notes

• Always use a dust extractor or M-class vacuum when cutting this engineered timber to manage fine particulate matter.

• Seal all exposed edges with a dedicated MDF sealer or PVA solution before applying topcoats to prevent excessive absorption.

• Store sheets flat on at least three evenly spaced bearers to prevent permanent bowing or warping before installation.

• Use 4.0mm or 4.5mm wood screws with a depth of at least 2.5 times the thickness for maximum joint strength.
