On-Site & Workshop Notes

• Use a sharp, fine-tooth TCG circular saw blade to minimize chipping on the laminated surface during cutting.

• Seal all exposed edges with matching PVC edging or veneer tape to prevent moisture ingress into the fiber core.

• Store these panels flat on at least three evenly spaced bearers in a dry area to prevent bowing or warping.

• Wear a P2 or P3 respirator when machining this material to protect against fine dust particles.
