On-Site & Workshop Notes

• Seal all exposed edges with appropriate PVC edge banding or moisture-resistant sealant to prevent core swelling.

• Use a fine-tooth triple-chip grind (TCG) saw blade to minimize chipping of the laminated surface during cutting.

• Store sheets flat in a dry environment to maintain flatness and prevent warping before installation.

• Always pre-drill pilot holes when using carcass screws to avoid splitting the internal fibers of the board.
