On-Site & Workshop Notes

• Always wear a P2-rated respirator when cutting this material to avoid inhaling fine wood dust and resins.

• Seal all exposed edges with a dedicated MDF sealer or PVA-based primer before applying topcoats to prevent excessive absorption.

• Store the sheets flat on at least three evenly spaced bearers to prevent bowing or warping over time.

• Use twin-thread wood screws and pre-drill pilot holes to avoid splitting the core when fixing into the edges.
