Standard 312 Wash Basin
The Standard 312 Pedestal Basin provides a compact and durable solution for high-traffic sanitary installations in residential developments and commercial projects. This unit features a high-gloss vitreous china construction that resists staining and chemical corrosion. It integrates seamlessly into standard plumbing configurations and suits various site requirements where space is limited.
Built for the Job
Contractors specify this model for multi-unit housing and office renovations because of its balance between footprint and utility. The 18×12 inch dimensions allow for installation in tight cloakrooms or secondary bathrooms without compromising user ergonomics. The ceramic material undergoes high-temperature firing to ensure a non-porous surface. This process creates a finish that withstands heavy daily use and aggressive cleaning agents found in commercial maintenance schedules. The full-length pedestal provides secondary structural support while concealing the trap and supply lines from view and potential tampering.
