On-Site & Workshop Notes

• Always use a fine-tooth carbide-tipped saw blade to prevent chipping the laminate surface during cross-cuts.

• Store sheets flat in a dry environment to prevent warping or moisture absorption through the unsealed edges.

• Pilot holes are recommended for all screw fixings to avoid splitting the core material near the board edges.
