On-Site & Workshop Notes

• Always use a fine-tooth triple-chip grind (TCG) saw blade to minimize melamine chipping during cuts.

• Seal all exposed edges with 0.5mm or 2mm PVC edge banding to prevent moisture ingress into the core.

• Store sheets flat on a minimum of three evenly spaced bearers to prevent bowing or permanent set.

• This panel is intended for interior use only; avoid installation in areas with direct water contact.
