On-Site & Workshop Notes

• Use a fine-tooth triple-chip grind (TCG) saw blade to prevent breakout on the bottom veneer face during cutting.

• Store sheets flat on a minimum of three evenly spaced bearers to prevent permanent sagging or bowing.

• Seal all exposed edges with matching veneer tape or PVC edging to protect the core from atmospheric moisture ingress.

• Always pre-drill pilot holes when using carcass screws to ensure maximum pull-out resistance in the particle core.
