On-Site & Workshop Notes

• Always use a fine-tooth TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) blade to prevent breakout on the finished veneer face during cutting.

• Store sheets flat on a level surface with at least three evenly spaced bearers to prevent warping or bowing before installation.

• Seal all exposed raw edges with edge banding or moisture-resistant sealant to prevent core swelling in humid environments.

• Ensure the visible face is protected with masking tape when marking out cut lines to avoid surface scratches from measuring tools.
