I bought 10 of these for a renovation project in Industrial Area. The light output is very impressive for a 4ft unit, definitely more powerful than the standard 36W ones you find in most shops. My only small issue was the mounting clips are a bit stiff to snap on, but once it’s up, it’s very solid. Good value for money.
