Powermax V18 Flush Unit
The Powermax 7-Way Flush Unit manages electrical distribution across residential and commercial circuits. This V18 series enclosure accommodates up to seven modular components on a standard DIN rail. The flush-mount configuration allows the body to sit inside the wall cavity. Only the front cover and trim remain visible after installation. This layout saves physical space in hallways or utility rooms. The white finish provides a neutral appearance against light-colored walls. Additionally, the internal layout provides ample space for wire routing. The unit features a rigid chassis that resists deformation when installed in masonry. Its internal busbar system facilitates efficient power distribution from the main incomer to the branch circuits. This design reduces the reliance on jumper wires, which can lead to overheating if poorly terminated. The V18 series uses a flame-retardant polymer for the front assembly. This material provides essential safety in the event of an electrical fault.

Cable Management
Strategic knockout points on multiple sides allow for flexible conduit entry and exit.
The door hinge mechanism is designed for high-cycle durability. It allows for repeated opening during routine maintenance without sagging or breaking. Knockouts are strategically placed on all sides of the box. This provides flexibility for installers who need to bring cables in from the top or bottom. The clear labeling space on the front fascia helps users identify specific circuit breakers quickly. This improves safety during emergency isolation procedures. The V18 series is rated for indoor environments where moisture levels remain within standard atmospheric limits. It handles nominal voltages of 230V AC in single-phase systems. The thermal properties of the housing prevent deformation under standard operating temperatures. This ensures the DIN rail remains aligned for proper breaker engagement.

The V18 is decent but the internal wiring space is a bit tight if you are using thicker cables for the mains. Once installed it looks very neat on the wall, but my fundi had to take his time with the cable management. Still, for the price, it’s a solid 7-way board.

Good finish on this Powermax unit. The 7-way capacity is exactly what we needed for the small office extension in Westlands. Fits flush as advertised and the plastic doesn’t feel cheap like some other brands I’ve seen in the market.

We’ve put several of these CC-PMF7V18W units in our latest residential project. The Powermax V18 is reliable and the 7-way configuration is a standard size that’s easy to source breakers for. No issues so far with the cover hinges.

Replaced an old surface mount box with this flush unit during our home renovation. It looks much smarter and the white finish matches the walls perfectly. Happy with the purchase, it arrived well-packaged and on time.
