• Always use specialized roofing nails with EPDM rubber washers to ensure a watertight seal at the crest of the wave.

• Overlap the sheets by at least 150mm at the ends and one and a half corrugations at the sides to prevent capillary water ingress.

• When cutting this material, use cold-cutting tin snips or shears; avoid abrasive discs as the heat can damage the protective coating and lead to edge corrosion.

• Store sheets off the ground on timber dunnage and keep them covered if installation is delayed to prevent moisture trap between stacked surfaces.
