Description

25mm Female Adapter Elbow

The PPR 25mm Female Elbow provides a secure transition between 25mm PPR piping and 1/2-inch threaded components. This fitting utilizes high-grade Polypropylene Random Copolymer for the body and a robust brass insert for the female threads. It serves as a critical component in pressurized hot and cold water systems across residential and industrial sites.

Built for the Job

Plumbers use this specific fitting to terminate a pipe run at a wall point for tap installation or valve connection. The 90-degree configuration allows for clean routing within wall cavities or floor screeds. Because the joint is formed through heat fusion, the interface between the pipe and the fitting becomes stronger than the pipe itself. This eliminates the risk of joint failure common with mechanical compression fittings. The internal brass threads are engineered to withstand the torque required for a leak-free seal with metal fixtures. It withstands high pressure and thermal expansion common in domestic hot water lines.

  • Connecting 25mm PPR supply lines to 1/2″ BSP threaded taps or mixers.

  • Transitioning from plastic reticulation to metal valves or pressure gauges.

  • Installing wall-mounted shower heads and bathroom accessories.
