I bought these for a project in Syokimau where the client had already finished the concrete slabs. Since we couldn’t do recessed lighting, these surface mount Scanford panels were the best alternative. The 12W output is quite strong for a small room. The light output is great, exactly 12W as stated. My only small issue was that the mounting bracket feels a bit light, so you have to be careful when screwing it into a hard concrete ceiling so it doesn’t bend. Otherwise, the light itself is excellent.
