Powermax SKT-PMB Socket
The Powermax Single Socket Steel provides a reliable interface for electrical power distribution in commercial and residential environments. This 13A rated unit operates on standard 250V AC circuits. It utilizes a single-gang configuration suitable for standard electrical installations. The brushed metal finish offers resistance against mechanical wear and corrosion. Engineers often specify this component for projects requiring durable hardware. The internal contact points consist of high-quality copper alloy for optimal conductivity. This construction minimizes heat generation during peak load periods. Consequently, the unit maintains stable performance under continuous electrical stress.

This brushed steel finish is a real upgrade from the usual white plastic ones. It looks very classy in the sitting room and doesn’t stain. Delivery to Westlands was also quite fast.

Good quality socket. The SKT-PMB model is sturdy and the switch doesn’t feel flimsy at all. Installed it in my kitchen and it matches the stainless steel appliances perfectly.

Excellent product, arrived on time and works as expected.

The socket works perfectly and looks very premium on the wall. Only small issue is the metal plate shows fingerprints easily during installation, so you have to keep wiping it down. Otherwise, a very good 13A switch for the price.

Bought these for a renovation project. They are much more durable than I expected and the finish is very consistent across all the units I ordered. Happy with the purchase.

I’ve used Powermax products for several electrical installs and this single switched socket is reliable. The 13A rating is standard but the build quality here is superior to the cheap imports. The internal terminals are well-spaced which makes wiring much faster for my fundis. Good for modern office fit-outs.
